ADULT OPEN DIVISION
Rushmore Soccer Club in cooperation with the SDASA will be offering a co-ed open division for players 18 and over. If you would like to enter a team in the open division, complete the following forms:
Adult Open Forms:
* If you are not a current member of the South Dakota Adult Soccer Association you must complete this form and pay the $18.00 registration fee.
Schedules: Please be advised, web schedules are always subject to last minute changes; official schedules will be handed out at check-in.
Tournament Headquarters: Located at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center outside the food court
Team Check-in: Will be at the Tournament Headquarters (this is for all teams)
Team Check-in Form: This form is required to check in your team and must be accompanied by an official roster, player passes, medical release forms, and travel authorizations if you are from out of state.
